My appearance in the 50th anniversary video
.

The Embassy of Japan in the Kingdom of Tonga started in 1970. To celebrate the history, the Embassy of Japan created videos and they included my origami workshops in 2019. What an honour!!

Origami Workshop at Ryokan Gojyuan is Re-commenced!

Workshops are re-commenced at Ryokan Gojyuan in Balmain.
I did my origami workshop there yesterday. There were Shojin Ryori(Buddhist cuisine cooking class) and Kimono Salon (You can wear kimono!) at the same time, too.
A beautiful little gem in Sydney. Indulge yourself in Japanese culture and customs for a while.
Booking essential.

Many different Origami Boxes are available

Responded to the request for the origami box workshop.
I have been searching for the origami boxes which are something easy and quick but look impressive…
There are so many different origami boxes I can teach for the beginners.
I think these boxes in the image (Photographed by Midori) are very cool! (and surprisingly steady and strong.)
Refreshing my memory is also fun and makes me very excited!
Would you like to fold them with me?!
Fun with origami and raise money for koalas

I was invited to the Cherrybrook Shopping Village to run the origami workshop.
They asked me to do the koalas and put the donation box for Wires.
What a lovely thoughts! Everyone enjoyed the workshop and made many cute koalas.

I like my origami dragon!
Looking forward to the another wonderful year in 2020.
The dragon is a symbol of wisdom, strength and wealth!!
