Little Helper for Nagoya City

I am a resident of Sydney and I come from Nagoya.

It was a pleasure to support my hometown even I have lived in Sydney for more than 30 years!
I recently received a Certificate of Gratitude from the Nagoya City Council for my origami contributions.

Origami and Science

Australian Museum invited me to run the origami workshop for Sydney Science Trail on Sat 20 August 2022.

It was really nice venue and I met so many happy faces. Especially dad!

Big thanks to Alison, Creative producer at Australian Museum for organising such a wonderful event.

I was so thrilled to hear that she already asked me for the next year!

Moon Bunny

Can you see a bunny on the moon?

In October in Japan, we celebrate a full moon night with special sweets and plants.
We call it “OTUKIMI” and enjoy watching a beautiful full moon.

I have received a request to make an origami work with the theme of the moon bunny.
So here it is. A bunny family enjoy watching a big moon.

Origami Koala for charity

Fun with origami and raise money for koalas

I was invited to the Cherrybrook Shopping Village to run the origami workshop.
They asked me to do the koalas and put the donation box for Wires.
What a lovely thoughts! Everyone enjoyed the workshop and made many cute koalas.
