Paper Cranes reach Japan

Pass the Baton Project was completed in Hiroshima

Haruka in Hiroshima

Do you remember how we folded paper cranes with such dedication last July? And how some of us gathered again in August to decorate three thousand cranes at the Pass the Baton event?

At last, those cranes have reached Hiroshima. The organiser of the Pass the Baton Project, met Keiko Ogura in front of the Children’s Peace Monument—a truly special moment that brings everything full circle.

2026 Is a Year for Big Leaps!

A Year of Growth and New Heights

Year of a horse

With the start of a new year, I’m looking forward to learning more, trying new things, and enjoying the process of making art even more deeply. I hope to create works that feel richer and more alive, and to actively join exhibitions where I can share my journey and connect with others.
